Staple Final Fantasy Monsters in FFXI

Hello, I just wanted people to list any monsters they've seen in Final Fantasy XI that have been in many other Final Fantasy games. So far, I've seen Funguars, Mandragoras, Malboros, Ochus, Coeurls, and Bombs. I've seen more, but I don't want to list all of them. Feel free to list any you've seen or heard of. Pictures of any of the rarer ones would be cool too. Hope this topic is successful. Thanks everybody.

Rabbits kinda look like those racoon things from FFVI
and the slimes look like flan, but they're both amorphous blobs anyways

cactuars in altepa, behemoths in behemoth den, and sahagins in yuhtunga too. (I remember sahagins from FF1) I can;t think of any other off the top of my head.

rember those birds weak to poison? getting lvl1 paladin w/o the poison sword to fight them was hell :/

Kraken in Qufim and Battalia is a staple FF monster. He was one of the fiends in the very first FF to boot heh.

Cactuars are severely deformed in FFXi... it's almost a crime. Why couldn't they just leave them alone, or at least make them look cool... now they look like the Hulk melted in the sun :(

Behemoths are more powerful in this game than any other. (which is fine by me)

Sahagins used to be called "Sahag" in FF1 (if I remember correctly) They always used to attack me when I was on the Pirate ship hunting Kyzoku's for their 120 gold each... Sahag's only gave like 35 gold each.. bah...;)

I remember Sahagins from FFX too. There was a tree-like monster in FFIX too, at the Iifa tree I do believe. Maybe they got the idea for Treants from them.

Ochu (Although just a named morbol in this)

Magic Pot
Funguar
Sahagin
Goblins
Behemoths
Golems
Fafnir looks like a Grand Dragon, the dead dragons look familiar
Adamantoise
Elemental
Cactuar
Cockatrice

And almost all the other more generic foes are featured like they have been in many other FFs. Even birds have attacks like helldiver and wing cutter that have been around forever. Bats use sonic boom, and ultrasonics, etc.

Oooohhh, Admantoises. Those should be cool. Golems? Like, are those similar to Iron Giants, with the big butcher knives and such?
