Ultimate Weapon (or Ultimaweapon, i dunno)

my friend, who doesn't have the game, was wondering if Ultimaweapon (or Ultimate Weapon, i'm not sure what it's called) is in this game, along with all the other weapons (whatever they are) anyways, i told him i didn't know becuase i hadn't heard of anything like it, and i wasn't that powerful yet to go check it out on my own.

so yeah, any information would be nice

People have discovered many unreleased objects with data analyzers, including possibly Ultimate Weapon. Anyone's guess on if they'll actually be implemented in the future.

They're programmers/scripters who built tools to decode the files in the PlayOnline folder, so they can analyze the traits of various objects in the game.

They have found an item named "Ultima Weapon" that is a high-level sword of some sort -- which is not in any drop or quest tables, and to their knowledge cannot yet be obtained.

They also said if you get every job to lvl 75 and obtain ultima weapon you can do the matrix *waves hands wearily*

but i think kiodin is referring to the weapon bosses towards the end of FF VII.

no there aint any of them in afaik.

There was a boss in Final Fantasy 8 called Ultima Weapon, he was the boss you had to draw eden from. He was like a knight riding like a huge dog/dragon like thing weilding a huge sword. A very powerful boss...
