Yes, another damned Paladin Equipment post...

I was just wondering what Belt / Collar(neck) / Back(mantle) items you paladins out there are using. Preferably 50+, but any level is free to post theirs :)

I'm using Royal Knight's Belt (didn't notice it wasn't +2 vit until i bought it :D), Spike Necklace(Yes, I CAN notice the -6 mind :/) and Wolf Mantle+1 (gonna get bastok mantle or that 8 def +2 vit mantle at 58. It's HQ. STill deciding.)

I'd really go life belt in your cases guys. Anytime you land a swing your +8 enmity kicks in, and I'm sure you've noticed how hard it is to land hits on certain monsters. Especially if your involved in any skillchain.

But than again I'm elvaan, hehe so I whiff a lot. But honestly +10 accuracy helps a ton.

Like Bruce says, Life Belt >>> RK Belt. I have switched back and forth enough to decide once and for all I like life belt much better (going to sell my RK belt tomorrow). It's more useful for gaining hate AND landing WS like vorpal blade.

Neck...... well as a Galka I like Holy Phial, and later will upgrade to Darksteel Gorget. For an Elvaan, I think you should try out Royal Guard Collar or whatever (level 55 rank 6 sandoria CP neck piece), it adds defense, and atk/acc+4.

Back... Bastok CP mantle is great (I just got it). Until I got that, I was using Beak Mantle +1 (9 def, vit+2... beak mantle is 8 def, vit+1). Bastok CP mantle is def 6, dex/vit+2, and in my mind, 2 DEX > 3 DEF.

sorry to beat the dead horse but both rug and bruce are correct (imo) i had a RK belt since i was lvl 50 and i just hit 60 the other day, got vorpal blade and got angry it was missing some of its attacks. Decided i would sell my RK belt and get a life belt (they go for the same price on our server since Sandoria is in 3rd). and i have to say it was the best decision ive made about my equipment in a long time. +10 accuracy makes my not only my normal attacks hit but my Vorpals aswell which help out with damage, which in turn helps with hate.. and we all love hate in this forum :)

I am a hp junkie. I rather have the 30 hp from the belt than the accuracy. At level 60, I have 1204 hp. I probably will change to IM Gorget sometime this week since Bastok is currently #1 on Ifrit. First time in a very long time!

should of mentioned im a elvaan , got around 1230 or 1240 hp with electrum on so i dont really worry about hp much but i cant wait for the lvl 70 belt that adds mp ;)
