This is the first female I attempted to draw, so don't be too harsh.

try to work harder on the piece before posting it i might say..
this would look like a draft to the stuff u can do..

try to work more on the eyes...and give it a lil bit of shade
you should get more creative once u start shading...cause then you can draw each part in a good propotion

I would try to make the hair longer? or the head smaller? i don't know. I would change the facial structure... but its better than i could ever do!:)
