Difference between Maple and Lamia Harp?

Ok so one is lv1 and other is lv 44, but is that all? I can't figure out what's the use of Lamia Harp...

I don't think anyone has... the Lamia Harp isn't crafted, but received from a quest, I think. Perhaps it's a component in a tradeskill to make a higher-level harp, like that +Paeon or that +Charm harp we have at levels 60 and 75, respectively.
