kingdom, repulic, sandorian items?

while browsing throught AH
i often see rare items like kingdom tunic, spear , republic knuckle, and so on.
where are they come from? im pretty sure its not crafted right?
those are really best for the lvl that can be used...
anyone have any clue where those items come from?
lvl 24 spear one is called kingdom spear i think and its like 30 dmg with 5 attack ....

Yeah, it's crafted stuff - they belong to the most logical craft for the item. The only one's i've bothered to look up are the kingdom items, which are the conquest item + sheeps leather. I have no idea what level is required, it's not listed on ffrecipe, and i haven't tried it yet.
