Reply Command

I have found it hard when I am talking to someone using the /tell command without knowing a reply command. I have searched the manual and the ingame /? command but I have not found a reply command. Am I just missing it or is there really not one. If there is not one can you tell me how to make a macro to emulate a reply command.

CTRL R

by pressing CTRL R multiple times you can also loop through your last tell partners.
