INVALID REGISTRATION nUMBER

wHEN i BOUGHT Final Fantasy XI, I instaleld it including PLayOnline. When I decided to sign up to PLayOnline, it asked me for my registration number. When i typed it in, it told me that it was an "invalid registration number. please check spelling and try again." I must have already trid it about fifty times, but its no good. I can't return the game, I've already figured that out. How do I sign up for Play Online? Is there a website where I can do it without using the playonline program? See if you can help me out..

return the copy you bought and get a new one.

one of the things about all the ID's (which it doesn't say to my recall) is it is CASE SENSITIVE.

So, make sure you type it all in caps... Mine was anyway... Hope that helps! Even if all the letters/numbers are right, it will still reject it if it doesn't PERFECTLY match what you see in your manual.
