Can two people play off the same set of discs?

Just wondering. My bro bought the game and I'd like to play as well. Is it possible for two people to play at the same time from the same set of discs/keys installed on two different computers?

you can both play just not at the same time
and assuming your gonna use same billing info it'll be 1 dollar extra for a character for your brother...
it's what me and my brother do but he rarely plays
