Macro and AF?

Maybe it´s just me being stupid but could someone tell med what "macro" and "AF" is?

There are people who know this better than me but to give you an answer AF is a job related armor which you obtain during certain quests later on in the game.

Macros is shortkeys used for different actions I think.
eg. /sit /cure and so on.

things like /sit and /smile are not macros, those are Emotes ( /heal is a command )
macros are shortkeys, like maybe if you are warrior you can make a provoke macro on CTRL+5, the macro might look something like this

/ja "Provoke"
/wait 20
/wait 10
/p Provoke is ready.

PS. wait commands works with max 20secs and the "Provoke" is case-sensitive just like any other command
