why dont the site links work

for some reaon none of the side menu links seem to work (IE af quest, RS quest, the guild links) they all just seem to bring the page back up to the top when i click them

It's because this is an incomplete website. I don't come here for any set info (all the stuff in english is either wrong, or translated poorly anyway) but the forums aren't too bad.
