Problem with Khazam pass Quest

I have all 3 keys and I go to talk to the galka at the khazam port and he mentions NOTHING at all about giving him keys and i've tried trading with him still nothing what do I do?!?! please help me

a lot of people have this problem

what you have to do is register rise of zelhart(or however you spell it)... thats under extended services i think. once you do that you can go to kahzam.
