Alright newb question. Can a ranger use any other weapon besides bow/gun/etc. Like hand to hand when they get a little tired of ranged?

Dagger or Axe is what melee rangers are best with.

Are rangers any good at doing damage with melee weapons when the have to? Thanks for the info by the way

Yes.. it is bow and gun.... if you dont use Bow or gun your useless as a ranger
