How often can you use the Jump abilities?

I realize that Wyvern is a 2-hour ability but are jumps timed in such a way as well?

I read a faq that if you sub Samurai you can deal a lot of damage (above average damage anyway) in a short amount of time and then shed the hate using super-jump...
which sounds good, but not if you can only do it every 2 hours

Jump : 90 seconds
High Jump : 180 seconds
Super Jump : 300 seconds

when a weapon has a refresh rate of say 498, does that mean seconds? that's a long time to wait before attacking again

No, it isnt seconds. a 492 lance prob swings every 5 seconds or so, not really sure off the top of my head, hard to judge it while not in game.

It means you swing once every 4.92 seconds.
