The most hard of all Ark Angels was the mithra, at the end of the battle the hate become so high that not even PLD 2H ability could bring her away from the mages, i lost 8 times to the Mithra >_< the second most hard was the Elvaan and her Sprits Within and WHM 2H abilty, the other AA we did win at first try and they were not that though....well the Eldernache battle, they are 2 rounds you must fight, in first round you have to fight against 3 enemy, Eldernache himself and 2 Flying balls, i forget name, + Eldernache is surrounded by a Shield that must be Destroyed first before you can hit Eldernache.
Second round Eldernache was pretty easy, we even did win him with our dead PLD since he got killed in first round, and i didnt had the chance to raise him...we did try 2 times becouse in first try we was little surprised becouse he did use some strong acient blm magic, second try everything goes well...only the pld got killed.

If you die during a boss fight, yet your party still defeats the boss, do you get to watch the Cutscene, or no go with that? (Just Curious).

Oh, and one final question:
How much EXP did you loose throughout these fights?

yep...if you die and the pt can still manage to kill the boss, you will win too, and see cutscenese.

Hmm....im lost 10.000exp. at lv70 by fighting AA MR only....at Lv70 they are stronger then at Lv75....so i guess i lost around 17.000exp. for all fights.
