What does Foe Requiem do exactly?

I dont know if its just me but.. what exactly does Foe Requiem do? I've cast it on ennemie but seems to me that it doesn't do nothing... Is it suppose to deal any sort of damage?? Thanks kindly.

Foe Requiem 1 = -1 HP per 3 Seconds
Foe Requiem 2 = -2 HP per 3 Seconds
Foe Requiem 3 = -3 HP per 3 Seconds
Foe Requiem 4 = -4 HP per 3 Seconds
Foe Requiem 5 = -5 HP per 3 Seconds
Foe Requiem 6 = -6 HP per 3 Seconds

I believe that is correct Teffie.

Its basically a weaker version of dia without the reduced def. But it is free (no MP cost) and doesnt cancel/overwrite Dia/Poison/Bio.
