I was trying to do a search on foods that UP the AGI of your character but couldn't find any threads on it. Do you know which one would give the more AGI? So far I know that Wild Onion gives +4. Is there any other foods that give more?

any race can eat it
Any race can eat it, it's just named after the Mithra... I guess cause they created it or something.

as far as i remember reading, windurst salad gives AGI+5 VIT-1.
but yeah forget that, meat mithkabobs are the staple diet of rng.

They're the staple diet of every melee in the game. Unless there's a def boosting food for paladin, but I doubt it.
And mages just drink a lot of juice ^ ^

PLD use fish mithka
And juice isn't really "food" per se... it stacks with other food, and is a "Refresh" effect (does not stack with Refresh spell). Mages tend to use pies and Pamama Tarts.
If you want something cheap that still gives +agility, eat some Gysahl Greens. They may do -5 to vit, but they also do +3 to agility. They are also really cheap.

Are Mitkabobs for Reg. Atk? So it wouldnt help much with our ranged attack right?

Both melee damage and ranged damage rely on the "ATTACK" stat when used in the damage calculation. Thus meat mithka will help for ranger as well. Only difference between ranged and melee is really that they depend on different accuracy stats (accuracy and ranged accuracy).

How can that be true?
You have items that say + # attack and items that say + # Ranged Attack. They must be different.

They are different, but mithkabobs, and other attack raising food I'd presume, raise both.

Ah, Trimpton, you're totally right... sorry for the misinformation.
I forgot that there were items that add + rng atk as opposed to +atk... I only assumed that ATK help RNG since all the RNG I know use meat mithka as well (and also Berserk).... but as you know, assuming too much makes an ass out of you and me... well, me mainly
Once again, sorry for the misinfo, I will ask my good RNG pal tomorrow how much difference he notices in his attacks when he uses Berserk and/or meat mithka so we can be sure that these increase RNG ATK as well.

They do. I do a crapload more damage with meat mithkabobs and berserk up than without.

Well Iam a 36 ranger so I guess I need to start using some of my budget to buy food if it helps that much.

In addition to the fish kababs for defense, you can also eat Pipira meals which give the big +attack and boost DEX instead of STR. This was recommended to me as the best food for thieves.
Unfortunately cooked pipira is about 10k per stack on my server =P

Well Pirapa would be useless for rangers we dont need Dex, Mitkabobs give AGI or STR dont remeber but both really good to have as a ranger and ATK so accuarcy and dmg whereas dex would do us no good. On my Server they are 250 each and with them staying on 30 minutes per its def. worth it.

I wasn't talking about rangers, the original comment was that every "melee" in the game only ate mithra kabobs, and that's not totally true. That's what i was remarking on.

In practice, however, meat mithkabobs increase a THF's damage (including sneak/trick) more than the roast fish do.
