I have been trying a few things and I was wondering if there was anything like them in FFXI. Here are two that I particularly want to know if they work.

/reply <message here>: I know this command doesn't work but I want to know if there is anything like it. What it does is it sends a /tell to the last person that sent a /tell to you, along with the message. This could be used rather then retyping in the name of the person you are sending the /tell to, since some names are kind of long.

/check <name>: I am not sure if this works. Is there some way to A) be able to see if the person is online by /checking them from long distances (perhaps through a few zones) and/or B) seeing what level and job the person you are checking is. Kind of like a /who <name> or /who all <name> for anyone here who has played Everquest before.

Do these commands or commands like these exist in FFXI. If so, what are they?

Reply = CTRL+R
It will put up "/tell <Last Tell Sender>" for you.
If you conitnue to hit CTRL+R, it will cycle through a list of tell senders...

/sea command set is all you get for searching...

Level and area should appear in typical /sea results unless they are /anon...

There is no way to do a remote character check (EQ/level/Bazaar/Title/etc). Your target must be in your loaded line of sight...
