What is the fastest way to (Tsuri) hunt?

I normally use Dia. In some Japanese boards, they mention that Dia is too slow and that monsters are taken .3sec of popping up:eek:

How is this accomplished and what do you use?

I think holy and poison are the fastest casting spell.

i use macro
/targetnpc
/ma posion
when i farm NM.

i even add
/ja instra cast
sometimes when there are a lot of competitors and it works ^^;

Holy's cast speed was fixed about 2-3 version ups ago. It's no longer casted instantly.

When I use BST sub, the quickest 3 ways are:

Holy
Ayatsuru
Dia

fastest way is taunt. Open ability window, select taunt and hit button rapidly. This will enable you to taunt enemies when it is still half transparent (popped).

Yeah, taunt creamed my tame by miles when I spent hours in Ordelles with Bebetaro hunting keys when doing RSE. Even if I saw it first and reacted quicker, taunt (not macro, as theres a slight delay) stole the enemy :mad:

Holy is still super fast cast right now .... just saw it and i was... wow 0.2 second cast time or what.....

Are you serious? Holy cast is now much longer than Dia and poison and the range is much shorter then them too. I don7t think ppl still use Holy to pull enemies...

in my server Holy is still almost instant cast. im serious

Holy is still quick, but I don't use it as much cos if you are still moving during cast, it will interupt (of course).
