It depends on your Enhancing skill's level. More enhancing = More damage. Other factors that determine its damage include the day in-game, what kind of monster you're fighting, and whether you have equipment that boosts the En-spell's strength. For example, the level 50 RDM-only Fencer Ring boosts En-damage by 5.
My enhancing level is around 150 and without the ring I can do about 13 damage with my En-spells. When I first got it the spell would only do around 3 damage.
my old 70 rdm. 230 enhance (maybe)
+18 en damage if not resisted.
extra +5 on double elemental weather (like double wind when using en-earo)
extra +5 from my ring
so the highest damage i can have is +28 a swing

I have 185 (186 is a skill cap of LV58 RDM) for enhancing and AF legs give me additional 15 points. With total 200 enhancing skills, en- damage is 15 now.

No, it gives additional 15 enhancing skill points. Well, it iventually increases en- damage as well since the skill determines the amount of damage.
