what would be the best advanced class for a sub for a rdm or what is the ebst advanced class that i could use as a main ans sub rdm?

RDM/SUM is a very good combo IMO, it isnt as bad as people make it sound to be. sure blk or wht sub are better OVERALL. however a rdm can benefit from the HUGE mp boost from the smn as well as auto-refresh which stacks with rdm's refresh.
apart from that smn job subbed also gives a nice boost to mnd which is a helpful stat to rdm especially for healing spells.

Sure, the summons are only half as powerful, but calling them out to use supportive abilities like blinkga and party enchanting spells is very useful.

to sum it up, im just saying that smn is a very good class to sub for rdm. 3rd best in the game (after wht and blk).

blm or whm for parties.
thf for solo.

for rdm sub:
bard or whm or blm main.



there are certainly other combo's that people enjoy, like Rdm/nin, but those listed above are by far the most popular/balanced/powerful.

SMN/RDM and BRD/RDM are the only 2 I'd suggest subbing RDM for with advance jobs. Even then I think SMN/WHM and BRD/WHM is better. Most people go RDM to cap and don't switch to an advance job as a main. ^^;

Nothing wrong with rdm/drk, it has some neat stuff at lower level.

RDM/DRK
Level 20rdm/10drk Drain
Level 40rdm/20drk Aspis

RDM/BLM
Level 24rdm/12blm Drain
Level 34rdm/17blm Warp
Level 50rdm/25blm Aspis

As you can see RDM/DRK has an advantage of getting Aspis to steal MP a whole 10 levels earlier than RDM/BLM. The advantage of RDM/BLM is that you get more MP and more INT as well as drain. Thats the science...
