What is the difference? You said you gave your character to a friend, its forbidden by the eula either way. Its not forbidden because you profit, its just forbidden to transfer it at all.

A transfer of your license is a transfer of your license.

The difference is that this guy is a known scammer, he doesnt buy the account... he takes it and stiffs you with a fake CC. I could careless what other people do with their account, and what is forbidden by eula... I'll do what I damn well please with my character. Hell if I knew I could get $500 legit for my character without getting scammed.. I'd do it in a heartbeat. And anyone else would be a fool not too as well. You did not mention before that he was a known scammer.
Looking at your post I though the entire reason you said the person was a scum was because they wanted to buy your account.

The way to not be scammed in such transactions, as the seller, is only to accept something like a postal money order. Then you take and it and cash it before you finally transfer the account. Oddly enough, some people do transfer before they even get paid.

You posted about some crap account buyer which you already made a thread about and it was closed, and everyone already knew of the problems and implications of selling accounts. It seems like you're too attached to this board to go away, which most people wouldnt mind seeing in the future.
