Within an hr of posting I highly doubt it is used up... Make sure you do the char creation correctly.

You type in the name first,
then server you type in Ragnarok
then you will be asked for password which is the WP.

i used the WP about two and a half hours ago, thanks a lot! I don't know how many more times it can be used
