Leveling my subjob question

im lvl 18 rdm and have a lvl7 thief. i want to be a bard eventually. my question is this: somepeople have suggested i level my subjob to 15(i havent finished the subjob quets yet). but i will be bard and i thought their quest was easy. can a lvl 20rdm/10 thief finish the job? i dont want to lvl thief anymore than i have to - its tough.

the reason why many suggest leveling ur sub to 15 is that lvl 30 is a requirement for advanced jobs, and that includes brd. it seems that u have a misunderstanding that u can get them at 20, but that's not true.

as far as lvl needed for the quest goes, i believe even lvl 1 player can complete this quest. just as long as u watch out for goblins and bogy, u should be fine.
