Ok, I need some advice guys. :( I've played my whm up to 30, and got BST, and now I'm leveling that up slowly but surely. Finding that I can wear all this funky armor that rattles when I run is pretty neat. :p
Anyway, I had a little browse over the AH, and coupled with what I've seen of what warriors, etc. wear at Qufim then later at Khazam, I'm trying to plan my armor purchasing in advance. I'm a little worried about how much cash this is gonna require.
I'm lvl 11 right now and have all scalemail on. So far my plan was to get Lizard at lvl 17, but from there I'm a little unsure as to what to do. Reselling each set helps to finance the next, but the set at lvl 21 (I forget name) is pretty close to lvl 24 (chainmail). And I hear chainmail is super expensive.
How did you guys do it? Did you maybe skip one of them, so you upgraded every other time? Or did you grit your teeth and fork out gil for each stage of armor? Are there any tips you can offer me?
Please, I would welcome ANY advice on what a good course of action is. This is my first time as a fighter, so I'm a bit new to it.
Also, have you noticed that at each stage there seems to be a set of armor 1 lvl higher that has almost the same value of defense? Like Lizard is lvl 17, but I think at 18, you can use Fine armor, like Fine jerkin, etc. Is it cheaper?
