Does it have double the -int effect?

Burn just earned its spot on my macro bar...damage went up by 10% after burn got applied ^^

I was under the impression lowering an enemies MND was how you go about reducing their resistance to magic, and INT controlled how much damage PC's and NPC's do with magic?

I haven't tried magic bursting with any of those types of status effect spells, though.
