Avoid ImportMadness like the plague. I ordered a copy on the 4rd November which apparently shipped on the 7th and it still hasn't arrived. While I understand that the delay is down to the couriers after it leaves their warehouses, they haven't been answering my emails about getting a tracking number so I can chase it down.

My personal recommendation is http://www.newageconsoles.co.uk. It's £50 for FFXI, true, but that's inclusive of recorded delivery postage and packing. Plus it'll arrive within three working days at the most - I got mine in two days (I ordered a second copy from them after getting tired of waiting on IM) and some have even reported next day delivery.

ImportMadness can take a lot longer than that...
But DvdboxOffice is worse, it took em 15 days to ship my game!!!

Newage Consoles managed to get me my copy in two days :thumbsup: I couldn't even get the order process to complete at ImportMadness not for the lack of trying either

The three days shipping wasn't the issue, Drizzt, it's that it still isn't here by the 1st December (shipped on the 7th Nov) despite paying the extra for five-day delivery. Plus their email support is crap, as they haven't been answering my mails about getting a tracking number.
