Guilds and or Clans

Can a player create a clan or guild? I plan on leading a few people within Bastok. Im going to have a clan even if the system wont let you have one officially. So yes or no?

Just make a Linkshell (LS) and give them all a pearl :D Similar to a clan or guild I suppose. Hehe

Well I have plenty of time to figure it out. I live in NA and I don't have it yet. I plan to get a bunch of my friends in the same world that are going to live in Bastok and have us a clan to help our nation.
