was in the opistery of windurst the other day..and im checking for targets and i find a book...so im like..hmmm interesting...i look inside the book and it says "you have found 300,000gil" so my tongue drops..my heart beats fast and i let out oa woooo hoooo.

then i click to leave and it says "well you thought you found 300,000gil"

lol wtf...who is the sick individual that put this in there....talk about cruelty...i think its the same guy who makes you sit for 6 hours staring at a chocobo to get one.

ill go cry to mommy now.

You DON'T need to spend 6 hours looking at a chocobo to get your licence. You can do other things, you know, like get a group and get some exp, or go explore the city, or log off for a while, etc. Or you can just spend 6 hours looking at a chocobo. But that is YOUR choice, you don't HAVE to!

I know you don't "Have" tp...but basically that is what you do.

there isn't much to do in jueno if your level 20...most people in groups are very high level..up in their 40's,etc.

what would they need a level 20 black mage for...and everything in the shops are too high priced or too high level.

so basically your going to be staring at the bird for 6 hours.

I got a group very easy at 20 around Jeuno. First thing is to try the Island, many low 20 there. All the zones around Jeuno can be done by a group of low 20s. I guess is a matter of personal choice. However do not blame the designers or the game for your choices. If you realy did spend 6 hour of your time there to get your licence, you only have one person to blame, and is not the designer.

LOL that is COMPLETELY incorrect.
Qufim is GODLY at lvl 20. In fact, I'm living proof of that. I got so tired of the nubs in valkrum that I went to jeuno at lvl 18. Yes I was horribly underleveled compared to the median party levels there, but after four hours, I got inot a party and leveled to 20 which cured all my problems. I never have to go t valk again!!! Anyways, yea qufim is where you basically lvl from 19-24 or 25 depending on when you get your kazham pass. Then Kazham is the place to lvl your chars up from 25-30 easily.

well in my personal experience...all i saw was very high level players...always in shouts was "level 50 black mage looking for party"...or level 40-45 white mage needed for party.

i didnt just sit there i watched tv and every hour came back and fed the bird.

and qufim island...i went out there and the first thing i seen was a "dancing weapon" that destroyed a high level player...lol...i quickly ran back in and never went out again...unless there is easier prey then that i cant see it being godly for level 20.

unless you have a full party...of which i couldnt find a level 20 party anywhere.

too each his own....anyway the chocobo thing isn't the topic...the 300,000gil thing is.

ok i take back my statement about qufim....i went back to take another look and i found a level 20 party...and we killled clippers and got alot of experience.

so i take it back. :D
