Bastok Mission 6 - Sandoria to Windurst

sry for posting here but it wouldnt let me post in Missions.
I went from sandoria to windurst, i got a dull sword that im supposed to give to something in Giddeus? i have no idea what or who i give it to and where? can some one help me out?

Speak to Malduc and Naji by the stairs of president's office. You will then be taken to President Karst. You will be prompted with questions you can ask. Just click on them to see about them. You will be told to head to Sandoria. Travel to Sandoria.

Consulate of Bastok K-10 Northern Sandoria.
Talk to Helaku in Consulate of Bastok.
Talk to Halver in Chateau d'Oraguille by the stairs inside.

Get the Ghelsba Outpost map if you havn't. It'd be easier to locate. And go to Ghelsba Outpost. There is a ramp on I-6 in Ghelsba Outpost go up the ramp and enter the cave. In the cave just simply go straight, and take every possible "right" pathways. Once you exit out of the cave, go towards right and go up the moutain. There you can cross the bridge to where Warcheif is. Kill the Warchief Vatgit around H-7

Go back to the Consulate of Bastok in Sandoria and Speak to Helaku in Consulate of Bastok once again. After Completing the Part 1 of the Mission6 head to Windurst.

Goto the Port Windurst, head to E-5 on map. It is the Consulate of Bastok. Go through the door to the right and speak to Melek.
Head out to Windurst Woods in East, From Windurst Woods go up north, to Windurst Walls. In Windurst Walls, enter the Heavens Tower H-6, and use the teleport to enter.
After teleporting, enter the Clerical Chamber and speak with Kupipi to recieve the Key to use in Giddeus. Then Speak with Rakano-Marukano. Head out to West Sarutabaruta then goto location F-8 to enter the Giddeus.

In Giddeus head to location G-12

Go through the Burning Circle. You will now fight the dragon

After fighting the dragon go back to Port Windurst and back to Consulate of Bastok. Speak with Melek and You'll recieve a item.

Head back to Bastok then into Metal Works, then speak with Malduc and Naji.
