no cancel?

last month i cancelled my account to playonline(jp)about the middle of the month and of course they gave me the date of when i could revive it which was ok(i used the jp version guide to help me cancel) after that i thought it was supposed to b gone but just this month i got another charge, what is going on? can someone give me any ideas or if this happened to them?

If you cancelled properly, the charge you recieved should be the last, as they charge at the end of the month, if I remember correctly.

Try logging on and see what happens. If it asks you to revive the account, then the cancel succeeded. Otherwise, if you just login, then there is a problem. (NOTE: THe cancel takes effect at the end of the month, so if you cancel on the 15th, you won't see a request to revive until 1st of next month.)
