Ninjutsu Sroll Quest ?

I have heard that we can make a quest to have a ninjutsu scroll, maybe the 'Utsusemi: Ichi" one.
Is that true ?
Could you describe me the quest please ?

I would like to know too. My ninja is now lvl 16, was gonna buy the ninjitsu scroll Utsusemi:Ichi(Blink scroll) .. problem was it's about 120,000 gils at the auction house. I nearly crapped my pants. 120,000 gils for a lvl 12 scrolls? Then further down a little was the Utsusemi:Ni which I assume is the lvl 2 blink scroll, is only 8k. Why is the lvl 12 blink scroll so much more expensive then the lvl 37 one?

If there is a quest to do this, I would jump on it right away. For now I'll remain a gimp till lvl 37 ;(.

It's supposed to be a simple enough quest... but you need a lot of fame. No one will tell me the exact details unfortunately. ; ;

I've been looking all over for these details too ; ; I don't have 100k+... and it seems like my ninja is just a really REALLY gimpy monk without this scroll :\ If anybody who knows how much fame is needed for this quest and the details on completing it please post!!!

for fame trade zinc to talib in port bastok warehouse#1 give 20 I think to be able to get quest.

Do the quest 20 times? or just give 20 pieces of zinc? because he asks for 4 pieces a time.

sorry...you need to do it 20 times. If you do a little less then 20 you can still get quests for other scrolls which are all easy and that will bring up your fame enough for blink.

Wow thats going to be a lot of Zinc. Does anyone know a way to get a lot of zinc quickly besides AH? Like mining maybe? I've haven't tried mining yet so if someone knows a good spot to go please do tell!
