OMG please help

You know that update that came out two days ago well I am still trying to get it. Everytime that I try to get it I get past the first three steps just fine. But then when I get to the fourth step I just get a connection error and have to start all over agian:mad: I really need help with this so if anyone has the answer i will be very thankfull:handsdown

r u using a dailup or any kind of broadband service? what kind of connection r u using?

One thing to check to what your TTL is set at. sometimes the network packets will will time out if it has to go through too many hops. in our case

btw, what is the fourth step?
