Bad Experience

Hi all,

I just ended a levelling session due to an evil user.

On the Fairy Server, he is currently a lvl 25-30 Red Mage in the Jeuno Region.

He got into a private argument with another member, which apparently took place over PMs. Right when we started a battle against a VT Sabretooth, he wrote in party chat that being told to "stfu" was his limit, and screwed us by disbanding the party at that point.

The party disbanded, the monster aggro'd us individually, starting with me, the White Mage of the group.

His inability to get along with other party members resulted in the slaughter of our party members, while he ran away invis'd.

Also, could someone advise me how to survive this situation next time? How do I avoid being hte one aggro'd by a monster after an evil party leader disbands?

I just had a bad experience too, but mine happens every day. I go to xp, but there are so few mobs around San d'Oria for my level everyone is fighting over them, the ones I do end up killing give me around 25xp, 50 tops.

Edit - 50 xp is good, but most are around 18-25 xp. The tougher (decent) mobs are usually around agro orcs that read tough.

Anyone know any good spots for a lvl 14 character to level around San d'Oria?

I just headed to the fort... and killed Orcs in succession... there are atleast 6 spots out there with like, a group of 3-5 orcs that give about 25-30 xp... if you get it at the right time, when theres no one out there... its heaven. But don't go too far up the hill, or take the elevator, thats when you start getting to the neckchoppers and such. Thats when death starts to sink in.

around that level you want to go visit the la thanne plateau in san'dioria.

you can find some "decent challenges" and "even challenges" from the akbaba bird,steppe hare,wandering sapling,etc

decent challenges should land you about 75exp a win..even matches 100 and tough 120.

that is where i level up around that level range...then after that advance to the lake around that part where there is "thickshells" and you should find good matches...then after they become too easy advance to the forrest or dunes.

Thats where I got, the La Thiene plains, maybe I just have bad luck. My wimp warrior got owned last time I tried to fight a even, so I havent tried again since.

although I'm only level 7 (and forgive me if you know this) I've found it really helps to chop down 2-3 weak enemies who don't hurt you, to grab like 150% tp, then go fight and even or tough monster, for a warrior the WS gives our only edge... just something I figured out yesterday that was helpful to me...
