Where is Regen?

I have been wondering where the Regen spell is.

Sadly, my search has been mainly limited to San D and Selbina.

Ive heard that it is in Windhurst, but I was wondering if that is true.

In Mhaura. From the boat dock, turn left and head to the far corner of the shore. There's a shop there that sells it.

I also heard that they are dropped rarely by PolarGeists near teh Shakrami Maze...

I've never had a Poltergeist in Tahrongi Canyon drop one, but then again I've never really gone out of my way to hunt them either. That said, I have seen Regen drop from Boggarts in Inner Horutoto, in the area near and behind the Tri-Mage Seal.
