Some Problems with my Credit Card

I'm from Germany and have ordered FFXI from USA. I have installed it at tried to register me. When I enter my Credit Card Infos, the following messages comes after sending my infos:

Card authorization declined.
Your Card was declined, and your payment information was not registered.

What did that mean? I got a valid Mastercard.

maybe that 3 letter code was wrong. You knwo what I am talkign about, the 3 numbers on the back after your C.C> #? maybe that oen isn't valid, or maybe you dont have a dollar to pay the fee... or maybe Germany isn't allowed toplay which would be unfair O_o

The 3 Numbers are right and I can pay in Dollar. I play Planetside too, and there is no Problem with my CC.

hmmm.. I would double-check the payment address of the crd, and type it in, if not, I cant think of anythign more. (._.)

should be your home address.

cc number.

it could also not work because you are not in the US :/
the city, state and zipcode thing may be holding you up >_<
