Me and some friends went out looking for jagged-ear jack, and he wouldnt spawn! We waited like 40 min or so..... (we only gave up early cause we had to go do other stuff) is it 1 hour, 1 day, or what? And all we have to do is keep the area clear of forest hares, right?
