right then, so many of u ordered from them, and it says they have been shipped. ah, but where is the tracking number, i want to know where the hell is my game! can anyone help me with this? please, someone!

If you did have your tracking number, where abouts on the site do u put it in? I cant see anywhere u can put it.

I am not paranoid, but today I called DHL. I asked my package, they said, dvdboxoffice didnt ship on friday!

Said last nite that tracking number I used was UPS. You may have a different supplier.
FFXI is due at my house today ^^

It was due saturday (last saturday) Unfortunatly UPS are totaly incompetent and couldnt deliver to a house 1 mile away from where they were holding the game

Evil, I'll wait until tonight to see if I believe you... it's due today (2 day shipping (supposedly) shipped Friday, if it's not here today I'm gonna be making an angry email.

All of you didn't even get the confirmation email ? o_O

That's odd, I, and all my linkshell members, who ordered from dvdboxoffice, did get them yesterday (yeah, sunday... *scratch*)

Even tho we all get the copys shipped througha reseller in france.

i have had the email, the comformation one. Infact, do you even get a tracking number from DVDboxoffice? It tells me on the site that it has been shipped, i have my order number and invioce number, and the money has been taken out of bank, i guess its on its way, how many days does it take to come?

I don't know, but I think somewhere I read that there should be given the tracking number...but I'm not sure...:confused:

I didn't get a confirmation e-mail or tracking number at all. I had to find out that it was shipped myself, by checking my account on the website. It should arrive today since I paid for courier shipping, but that's doubtful. It's 3:37pm right now, no UPS or DHL or whoever is supposed to be delivering.

Same as Chinook here, if I knew who was delivering it I could call the delivery company to confirm its on its way.

I've emailed dvdboxoffice & asked them for confirmation etc

I phoned them a minute ago to confirm everything was ok, you guys had me worried. My status page says the order has been shipped but I hadn't received a confirmation e-mail. They say the system doesn't operate in real-time so an email confirmation may be a little late. As I ordered with the courier option to the UK I also inquired regarding the tracking number and they said that the number, though not available yet, should come out later this day and I'll receive an e-mail with the relevant info.

Now that the postal strike has been lifted over here I can get my freaking game >=|

Don't see why they should lie ;)

I phoned them on friday asking when they'd ship it and got a reply "later today sir". Sure enough the site was updated and my order had been shipped. If I don't get my tracking number today I'll phone again and demand a stern apology ;P
