How much gill is everyone totin?
im currently "totin" 126 gil. I just bought lv. 10 armor and gloves which was about 5000 gil all together. And thank you Musashi for the Lv. 10 mask, saved me about 3000 gil

What exactly is totin... if that's "Having", then I "have" 30k gil on my Eviled and 50k on my merchant mule,
after spending 70k on bag expansion quest 1... Having 35spaces is WORTH IT!!! I keep telling myself.

About 1,400 I need to save up some for a new weapon; a lvl 9 weapon will soon be out dated I assume...

Sad thing about Rangrok is that Conquest items and drop items are not worth much anymore in AH. While this is a great news for Melee class, it is bad for the Mages and Bards who have to essentially buy from the store. Older LV folks were able to sell items at much higher price to afford those spells. New people have harder times accumulating gils through AH :(

heeheehee.... The Sandoria Rank 6 Paladin only sword still sells for 300k ;) (probably the reason why many people are switching to San) :)
On the other side, though. Crystal prices seem to be steadily high, and guild items are still selling very well. And there are still many lazy people who buy items for a higher price in AH than they sell in stores...
I just hunt coffers with my friends. Ballard 2 sells for 400,000 in my servers. everyone wants it.

i need tips on making $$; quad shells aren't cutting the cheese ^^;;;
I have underpriced two swords for a total of 29k on the AH right now, planning on buying 24 armor for my DRK which should be around that amount... after i hit 30 tho i have my bastok conquest waiting so i can sell and get it back and buy more swords  of course that's all assuming that my crap does sell... if it doesn't by friday it means more quad shells

The easiest way to earn $, IMO, is to hunt NMs for thier items (each drop worth from 4K-1000K), or raise a thief and go open coffers (coffer items worth from 1K-300K).
As a 19 war I had 50k in cash and about 160k worth of equipment (AH selling price).
Didn't take much effort.

Please share your methods
I have over 100k <minus what lonewlofy steals from me when I'm not looking ><and I still havent spent any of my conquest points. I have 28000 about. THere is nothing good for me ;; Will there be? ...cry.. Also if I switch countries do you still get to keep your conquest points? To buy something more useful.
Switching countries means 10k less and 0 conquest points
hm...somehow now I got 370k and 200k worth of equipments...lol

My god, how do you people do that? 19 with 50k?
A) Level only on mobs that drop high demand crystals. Constantly sell those in stacks of 12.
Example: Ghelsbah is a great source for fire and shadow crystals. Fire will sell almost instantly at 1-1.1k, shadow for about 3.5k. Only farm shadow if you're a WHM.
B) Look for repeatable quests for common drop items and farm those. Before doing the quest, however, check the going rate for a stack at the AH. Many times people are lazy and want to increase their quest count, so you can get double the value or more very quickly. The reverse however, is also true. Some people are too lazy to do the quest.
Example: Bat Wings, Rabbit Fur, or Wild Onions.
C) Make a list of what city sells what items at what rank. Compare that with the prices in the AH. You can make a killing by purchasing spells/weapons from a store in one town and selling them for well over twice the price in the next. As an example, while doing half of M6 I netted 25k for 5 extra minutes of time.
Example: Bastok Scimitars. Buy for 6k, sell for 11k-13k.
D) People are just lazy. Got some free AH spots? Buy some low level spells from the vendor and sell them in the AH for 2x-3x the value right before you log. You'll almost always have them sold by the next day.
Example: Any BM/WM spells from 1-15. Best to use ones that are RM/DK/PAL usable as well. The ones that are only sold in Jeuno or Windurst are pretty safe bets as well.
And that's how you make over 200k before you're able to get a subjob. The 50k was just spare cash I didn't have anything to spend it on. I already bought my chain armor for 24.
Oh, you can also sit on your ass for hours camping rares hoping you score a drop. I didn't do that, too much chance involved.
Great, thanks for sharing.

no prob kylo. but 3k? eh, I had no idea it was worth that much..... I guess I'll go kill some more quads cuz that's worth more than their shells.
And you didn't read the fine print when I gave you the items, by trading with me I now own your account, your life, and the life of every person you know. So yeah, I guess about 3,000 gil is right.
: P
lol in sandoria all lv10 armor, except body, is 200-300 gil
200k now....for future uses.

I noticed the quest giver doesn't have to be the "one", on every gate there's signet person and a quest giver, you dont have to worry about finding a pecific person, if you dont know what i'm talklin about, talk to every person near gate....it should be the person lil further than the gate people....."say east side of gate"
I've managed to get some cash for my low level 'cause some dude partied with me at the deeper part of the tomb which goblin drops lv10 items, also partying with some high lv jap people killin hard monsters won drops too ^-^... you can sell those for cash or keep for later use...
I think i've cummulated about 10k in about 1 day and 18 hours of play...
