how big is the gil advantage for thief when going ranger?

Will having thief make that much of a difference for the ranger's gil problems? Im intending to go rng/war and i wanna get there as fast as i can :sweat:

Gil is only a problem if you don't craft your arrows. From level 1-25 or so, crafting arrows is pretty darn easy. If you don't want to level up weaving just for Yagudo fletchings, then make a friend with one. They're so cheap to make, and level up the skill so much I can't imagine somebody not loving you for needing so many. Thief won't be that significant in getting gil, anyway.
