Name problems Please help

I learned how to get the input changed to japanese. I learned the type then hit enter thing. I found some names to try. Everytime I try a name (any name) I get the same message. If I type the same name in both pairs (first and last in top and bottom) I get 2 lines of error pop up that are the same 2 lines. If I only fill in the bottom pair I get 4 lines of error text (the 2 from the top and 2 new ones that are the same). Am I typing something wrong, computer hate me, not quite understanding what the kantana not hantana comment was (might be my prob) please help :(

If you are still having this issue please post a screen shot of the error. i assume you are trying to input your name to create an account? I ask for a screen shot because they may be asking for a single-byte katakana when you are typing double byte (or vice versa) or something to this effect.

This problem has been delt with many times over in this forum. Please use the search function next time instead of just posting. Here is a screen what what types of kana you are supposed to put in.

If this is not the problem you are having, please post a screenshot of the screen where your problem occurs. Just describing the problem doesnt do us any good if we dont know what screen you are on.

ive had a similiar problem. i just wrote the names both in hiragana and kanji in a word document, then copied and then pasted it in and then put it in. Though i had to copy em all and then just take away the other names that werent supposed to be in that field
