Big problem

Alright, check this. I recently sold my imorted version of FFXI. I had cancelled my account and everything before sending it to him, and then I sent it to him. But the next month I find it charging onto my credit card. I talked to the person and he said he couldn't understand what to do and it is still charging to my card. How do I fix this problem?

I think you shud cancel your credit card, or ask Square-Enix themselves.

Either you still owe money, cause my friend is jsut startng to get billed for phantasy star and he just canceled his account 2 months ago, or you didnt cancel your content id right, its still registered, call square-enix or cancel your card right away.

you said imported version so that can be a problem... my japanese friend he has trouble changing his credit card information himself. he told me the only way to do it is to call square in japan and it requires quite a talking...
