I need help wioth the live cam!

Can anyone help me?
I'm having trouble with the live cam!
Ok here goes, whenever i want to play the live cam i only get short pictures like it is not playing smooth!
Does anyone has the knowledge to solve this?
Or perhaps a different program, if so please help me out!

Can anyone help me with my problem say does anyone knows my problem or for anyone who does not know it please tell me what program you use and where to download it

I use windows media and have a cable connection....sometimes that happens to me but its very rare it usually runs very smooth...maybe its your connection or the prog your using...but my goes at 252kps...and is pretty damn smooth...wish the pic was bigger tho.
