I was wondering if its possible to set up a playonline account as well as access account information via phone?

If not what other ways can you set up besides internet?

And if internet is the only way, how secure are they when handling credit card numbers and other misc. private info?

I dunno about the setting up of an account offline, but for the internet security with registering...they probably use a 128-bit encrypted secure transfer. It is highly unlikely that anyone will get your account information. ;)
