Beta and full ver questions.?

Im not new to ffxi or any ff for that matter and know pretty much all I can about ffxi since Jan. , so my questions will be decent...1) I know that the u.s. ffxi servers are set and up with 2 beta servers aswell...will japan gamers ever have access to these servers cause Im pretty sure ive read that they will..not positive on that tho...2) and most importantly..did the beta testers get a manual with the game...you know the 300 page 3lb novel lol...cause I would love to get my hands on that puppy and give it a good read before oct29...however ive read about the NDA and all that stuff, so obviously it may not be possible just wondering if anyone has seen a pdf of it floating around.

1. It's not sure, but I'm thinking yes. And I think there is only 1 beta server, not 2.

2. The beta manual is not 300 pg 15 lb beta manual like the import. Not the one I saw at least. I posted the pics of a manual somewhere deep inside the screenshots section. You could probably still search for it.

2) The instruction manual is pretty big but I'd say the majority of it deals with getting playonline setup. It really doesn't say much about FFXI except how to navigate through the game.

The manual for the beta is actually seriously lacking. The conquest info is sketchy and confusing (and wrong depending on how you look at it.) It leads you to believe that CP are not tied directly to EXP, which seems false. For example, if you solo an even match critter, you get more cp than if you defeat the same monster with a party of same level people.

Also it doesn't have any info about the command interface and all of the shorcuts like <hp> <hpp> etc. You'll get a lot more out of reading the boards than you will out of the beta manual.

There is only 1 beta server and only NA beta testers can access it. No one else can get to it and Beta testers cannot go to other servers as well. As far as the NA servers when this goes 'live' I think Jpn users will have access to them, but do not quote me on that.

1. Theres one beta server and yes we will be sharing servers with the japanese.
2. The manual for beta is junk its 81 pages while the real manual I got with import is 287 pages and heavy enough to beat someone over the head with.
