RDM AF weapon quest?

OK since i cant check the david bowie sight since it seems to be terminally offline fer the moment. Anybody here know who what when where I get my AF weapon quest from I know its some dude in Sand but where and who. and what does this quest entail into what needs to be done i hear its pretty hard.

The only things I've heard about Redmage AF is that "our party got wiped out last night doing RDM AF". Maybe someone has done it and not said anything but I don't know.

The guy's name is Sharzalion or something similar. He is located in that pub/bar/tavern/what have you in the east side of South San d'Oria right next to the fountain in front of the mog house.

I think all you had to do was go into the very southwestern part of Davoi and kill some Orc NM named Purple-something-dok-flash-man dudette dude. It's near the well for the PLD quest. He drops a key and you trade it to a storage hole which randomly pops in differents parts of Davoi. You get a fun blue key item and you bring it back to Sharzalion. The end. :)
