+1 weapons and armor

anyone have any clue if these are dropped, made, or modified from the normal ones, and if they are, could tell me how?


saw a bee spatha +1 today and had 1 dmg and like 7 delay better and 2 accuracy

They are made by guilds. You get them purely by luck. There is no 100% fool proof way of making these items. These items are usually reffered to as HQ items or high quality items. SOme factors do effect the guilding of HQ items, and thats the day you synth, the moon, and the time of the synth. Those all effect the chances of synthing HQ items.
