Need Help ASAP plz.

I need help, I just finished installing and updating POL, FFXI, and the expansion. I already bought a Content ID and Activated the Expansion. Now when I go to PLay it Says Hardware Tnl (-1), as only readable characters. I'm guessing it wants me to run the FFXI Confiig program, but it won't let me( I went into C:\Program Files\PlayOnline\SQUARE\FINAL FANTASY XI\Tools and tried to run it but I get one of those stupid error reports). Somebody please help I can't play.

Either your GFX drivers are not up to date, or some other application has completely disabled Transform and Lighting...

check your GFX card configuration and enable Hardware TnL if it's disabled, unlike some other games, you can't even run FFXI without TnL active...
