Where to Find Drain?

I've been looking to find the spell Drain. It is a Black Magic and I know that the AH sometimes have it but I've been looking there for the past couple of days without any luck. Do anybody know where this is drop or how to get one without buying it from the AH?

Drain can be gotten through a quest. I believe the quest is in Sandoria. I haven't done this one yet, so I'm afraid I can't give you any more details. One of the files available on GameFAQs has a little more information.
