Cancelling Content ID

So the only thing I need to do to cancel my Content ID completely (to get rid of all the charges and stuff) is go to "Contents ID" section in the Services and cancel all my selections?

That or disable the account (This way you don't disable the game, but the whole account.)
I don't know if you will be able to use the game key again in case you deleted the contents ID ....
You might be a bit more safe if you disable the whole account, using the instructions on this website.
Next time you log on POL after the account disable it will ask if you want to re-enable it. So this is the best way to do it, I think.
